@ the Provincial Capitol, Lagawe Ifugao ANNOUNCEMENT! For Passport on Wheels today, please be advised that the cutoff for processing of applications will be at 4:00 PM only. Applicants who will arrive beyond 4 will no longer be accommodated per DFA instructions. Thus, all applicants who have not yet arrive please proceed immediately to the capitol. Thank you!
